Mobile visitation follows all of the agencies rules in accordance with CA Standards 5.20 for visits. However for this privilege, the following rules in addition to must be abided by:

a) Must be agreed upon by both parties and/or mentioned in court order.

b) Mobile visitation is $65 per hour (for Fresno and Clovis locations. Locations outside of Fresno and Clovis will require a modified travel fee). Mobile visits are a minimum of 2-hours and must be paid for in advanced.

c) Location of visit is to be agreed on by both parties. If location requires admission costs, Non-Custodial is required to pay for those costs for themselves, the child(s), and the Monitor

​

d) Arrival time and location for each party is decided by Monitor.

​

e)Mobile visitation is a privilege and can be revoked by Monitor for any reason including but not limited to policy violations. Monitor reserves the right cancel and refuse service. Monitor may also limit visits to agency only if needed.
